Hi! I’m Kati, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist, and a busy mom of two who loves helping families make real food simple and enjoyable. I’m also a self-taught home cook, kitchen experimenter, and all-around food enthusiast!

Growing up, I didn’t know much about healthy food, how to build lasting healthy habits, or even how to cook —but I did see the impact of poor nutrition on loved ones and wanted something different for myself and my family. Over the years, I discovered the power of whole foods and simple habits, and realized that cooking and eating well doesn’t have to be complicated or intimidating.

That’s why I created Healthy Cooking Adventures—a place for busy families, beginners, and anyone who wants to feel more confident in the kitchen.
